The experience exceeded all expectations! With a luxurious King Suite overlooking Burnham Park, I enjoyed spacious comfort and great amenities. The staff's warmth and helpfulness added a personal touch, making every request a delight. Add to that the delicious breakfast offerings, and I'm already planning a return trip!

Positive, The location is super convenient, just a short walk from many attractions like Burnham Park! The room was spacious, and I loved the view of SM Baguio. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the lobby had amazing artwork. Definitely enjoyed my stay! 😊

The King Suite offered a spacious layout perfect for unwinding after a long day, along with a swiveling TV that added a nice touch of convenience. A good selection of breakfast dishes at the restaurant, despite some criticisms, kept things interesting.
The suite had poorly maintained furnishings, thin walls causing disturbances from neighboring rooms, and inconsistent hot water which made bathing a hassle. A bug sighting in the bathroom wasn’t ideal either. Wi-Fi connectivity left much to be desired.
